ARRAIAL DO CABO AND BUZIOS

So far we have traveled 534km according to the map since we left Bello Horizonte until our last point, which was Ponta Negra.

Being a new day we continued the road to reach Arraial do Cabo and Buzios , before reaching this destination we spent the night again on another beach called Saquarema , it was approximately 20km from Ponta Negra, and the luck we had again was that of having taken the bus that took us completely free to a certain point where we then had to hitchhike to get a ride. That day we had not had good weather, it had started to rain and luckily there was a roof to cover us, it was a place where they had surf classes, but due to the season I think it was closed, that night we managed to get through it without any problems.

Once we left Saquarema, we finally arrived at our dream destination, where our initial stop was Arraial do Cabo, a wonderfully beautiful beach with crystal clear waters, I remember that the first night we spent on the beach, we were attacked by mosquitoes as usual and especially for me, I think it was daily bread, but it was something I could endure just to see so much beauty that life gave us, that time when we woke up the next day and when it was approximately 12pm, the navy arrived to tell us that we couldn't set up the tents but in reality we had already spent the night there, so all that was left was to dismantle them, then we went to eat something and charge our cell phones, at the moment they were charging it occurred to me to open the Couchsurfing application, to Who does not know what this application is, basically it is to stay with other people totally free, they lend a hand to travelers who need it, so as I said, I opened the application to see if someone could host us and luckily some Argentinas wrote to us They had their hostel and could have us for 2 nights, there is no doubt that that moment was beautiful, since we slept in bed, washed clothes and gave ourselves a little comfort, we took the time to go out to get to know a little more about what Arraial was like. Do Cabo, we spent some pleasant moments with them where we shared on the beach watching a beautiful sunset.

It is time to leave for Buzios , approximately 25km from Arraial do Cabo, once in Buzios we stayed for two days at Tartaruga beach , I remember how much fun it was on that beach, bathing at night, playing the ukulele and sharing with other people, I remember that one day we went to see the town, I had some photos that I had during my trip in Canada which allowed me to make some changes or sell them to have money, among the places that were in Buzios we found two Chilean stalls where In one of them I made a change to get food, where in reality they were complete ones that undoubtedly saved that day, in the second place we also got complete ones, with the difference that they were totally free, the aunt was a sweetheart with us that day, Taking advantage of all the contacts we had, I connected to a Facebook group of Chileans in Buzios , when I wrote I remember that I got a response from a lady who gave us a lot of food without asking us for anything in return, in those moments you realize that there are good people in everyone. sides, not satisfied with that, I wrote in the couchsurfing application where we had a response from a Brazilian friend who spoke Spanish, that person hosted us in his home and we lived with him for 10 days where one of many journeys I had to drive his motorcycle and take him to the doctor hahaha, among other things. Arraial do Cabo and Buzios were one of the many places that left a lot behind on this trip.
